1. Management Diagnostics

ETC’s management philosophy has a broad background in business. ETC welcomes the opportunity to come into organizations looking to identify performance gaps through a root cause analysis approach. Solutions can be crafted and recommended to maximize benefits/results though intentional purposeful action… satisfaction guaranteed.


2. Executive Development and Coaching

Certified via the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and The International Coaching Federation, Executive Development & Coaching is mastering excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive focus on both Emotional and Social Intelligence. There is a mix of curiosity while suspending judgment; clarifying purpose, and ways to establish clear action plans to achieve coach able goals.

3. Seminars & Workshops

Planning for Change is a half-day program that provides a process and tools to help individuals understand a natural and predictable pattern of change and to identify their own location in that cycle. Each participant in the workshop will have a guide that includes The Cycle of Renewal and worksheets for planning the next steps of their lives. Participants will learn how to evaluate their current environment and take action around choices that support their highest goals.

Renewing Teams and Individuals is a one-day program that provides a process and tools to help groups understand a natural and predictable pattern of change and to identify their own location in that cycle. Each participant in the workshop will have a guide that includes The Cycle of Renewal and worksheets for planning the next steps of their lives. Participants will learn how to evaluate their current environment and take action around choices that support their highest goals. This program helps groups and individuals discover the best steps to take to achieve their vision of success.

Learning Xchanges are 1 hour to 90-minute topics that include focus on specific areas of development need. Examples would be introductories to seminar content, communication through effective listening, managing, EQI challenges and The Executive Whisper™. Additionally, Learning Xchanges can be completely customized to the need of the client.
