Myers Briggs Type Indicator Seminar provides you with a tool to better understand yourself and your co-workers. This test builds on psychologist Carl Jung’s theory of personality styles, and it is an invaluable aid to learning to work with others in an organization or on a team. In this seminar, participants will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to determine their personality type and understand both its strength and weaknesses. MBTI measures the psychological attitudes of extraversion and introversion. The Myers-Briggs classroom test provides participants with a personality formula, preferences and the description of their type.

BarOn EQ-I Seminar and Assessment A growing body of research suggests that emotional intelligence is a key determinant of success in life. BarOn EQ-i® consists of 133 items and includes four validity indices and a sophisticated correction factor rendering scores for the following components:
